This villa is located in the prestigious Tierra del Sol, a luxury 24 hour gated community with an 18 hole champion golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, spa and beauty salon, fantastic bar and restaurant overlooking the ocean. Tierra del Sol is a 2 minute drive to all the beaches, bars and restaurants.
The villa it’s self has a superb location on Tierra del Sol, in the small neighborhood of Las Campeonas. It has a fantastic back garden with a beautiful private pool and an under cover terrace with a dining table and chairs. Inside the villa is fully air conditioned, has hot water, is fully equipped with all linens, towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, TV, internet and phone.
This is one of the most frequently rented villas in Tierra del Sol, the home has two master suites, both with a bathroom featuring double sinks, stall shower and separate tub. The third bedroom has two single beds and can use the family bathroom next to it.
Please note we are selling our Christmas week and New Year week as two separate weeks or both together. Christmas week from the 20/21st – 28th/29th December and New Years week from the 28th/29th Dec – 3/4th January. We will not be accepting check-ins on the 25th , 26th December or the 1st of January.
