Other than that, Kamala Beach is relatively undeveloped and is more of a Thai village atmosphere to it than many other west-coast beaches. You can, however, find some good seafood restaurants in the beachside part of the village, plus several fine-dining establishments to the north. The long sandy beach of Kamala is tranquil and calm, the pretty white sands of Kamala beckon most people by day, but if you're seeking more than sunbathing on a perfect beach, there are many other beach and cultural activities available in and around Kamala Beach.
