Stylish apartment, just a 2 minute walk from the Tallinn Old Town,
situated in a quiet residential area.
We have tried to make our apartment as comfortable as possible.
The apartment situated on the 2nd floor , in an new building with a
panoramic little square view. It's easy accessible.
The apartment is comfortable to sleep for 2 persons.
Bathroom with rain shower, toilet, hairdryer, washing machine and a big
mirror with led.
The kitchen area is well-equipped with an induction stove top,
kitchenware and a refrigerator, the king size bed sits in front of a
new 4k HDR flat TV with internet access (Netflix etc.)
The whole apartment is for you to use. Wifi, entertainment system ,
equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc. The apartment has direct elevator
access to the secure underground parking structure - Open kitchen

- Wifi-internet
with the apartment key you can also access to the bike storage locate
at the entrate hall and also the garbage storage locate outside the
entrate hall. Here are the options we offer for checking-in: A. Meet
and Greet Transfer (20euro). You tell us your arrival details (flight
nr, ferry arrival) and we order a car to take you to the apartment via
a key terminal. This option is only available min 3 days before your
arrival. B. Self Check in. You collect the keys from the key terminal
located at Kaarli puiestee 2 behind the Freedom Square on the terrace
of Kaarli Grill. You will receive a box code for the key terminal both
by e-mail and SMS to the number you used to make the booking. C. Meet
and Greet at the apartment (35euro). Our employee meets you at the
apartment with the keys and all the necessary instructions and shows
you the apartment. Here are the options we offer about check-in: A. You
know your arrival details (flight nr, ferry arrival) and you have
ordered a transfer to the apartment costs 20 EUR for this option we
need to know 3 day before your arrival
- then you will receive the keys with all the necessary instructions
with your transfer to the apartment. B. you can receive the keys from
the key terminal located at Kaarli puiestee 2 behind the Freedom Square
on the terrace of Kaarli Grill there is a link to the box key to the
apartment goo.gl/maps/8YoaAvkdcLt. You will receive a box code both on
the e-mail and an SMS to the number you used to make the booking with
the received code you can get our apartment keys from the key terminal.
C. Meet and greet when our employee meets you at the apartment with the
keys and all the necessary instructions and shows the apartment. The
price of this option is 35 EUR.

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
