The property is located in a residential area surrounded by greenery just a few meters from the beautiful white sand beach of San Vito Lo Capo. Finely furnished, it is composed of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and double sofa bed, two comfortable double bedrooms, a triple bedroom, each with independent wardrobes, two bathrooms with shower, kit and crockery, to comfortably accommodate families of 6 to 8 people . The exterior consists of a large private garden and barbecue.
To be paid locally € 1.50 per person per day. Children under the age of 10 do not pay the tourist tax.
