Fruits and flowers can be seen on trees that stand guard around the home.
The room is very airy and filled with different sounds of nature.
The Space:
This house is very large and handsome with a unique shape.
It is located in a safe community of St. Mary, 10 mins drive away
from Ocho Rios.
This house has many natural features such as birds, flowers and trees.
There is a pool, a fountain, a bird cage, flowers and trees of many kinds.
There are lovely spots where you can sit and enjoy the sun and breeze in a
big Jamaican yard, while your children run around and play.
If you need help with transfers, we can assist you. It will cost you $1.00 US per kilometers, which would be a total of $105.00 US from the Montego Bay Airport to "Roses of Avalon"
Guest Access:
You will have access to the pool, gardens, parking space, kitchen, living area, bird cage and fountain.
You would definitely have access to your room. Please be kind to our birds and other wildlife that share the space with us.
Interaction with Guests:
If you have any trouble or problem pertaining to our property, I am easily contacted and I will do my best to advice you.
Certainly one of my colleagues will be available to help with general country advice.
The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet affluent residential neighborhood with elegant houses that stands on substantial lots.
Its located within a 5 min walk from a supermarket, also a major police station in case of any unfortunate situation.
Getting Around:
This property is very close to major highway enhance taxis are readily available. Renting a car would be a good option as this house is provided with parking space within gates.
Its 10 min drive from Ocho Rios, which is known for a lot of tourist attraction for e.g, Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Blue Hole and a lot more attraction so you could enjoy your vacation with lots of activities to do.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! TAKE DUE PRECAUTION ESPECIALLY FOR KIDS!
Please note that this listing does not come with any form of a meal plan and also that the host is not required to supply groceries to the guest.
The initial cleaning that we provide our guests is charged for as part of the original booking.
New cleanings are very easy to arrange!
All you have to do is ask for a fresh cleaning and one will be provided at the same cost as the first.
Electricity is a huge expense in this big old house. We have routinely received bills exceeding US$1000.00 a month. We are "begging" our guests to have some pity on us!! It is especially galling to see all the airconditioners on full blast, and the guests are not even present in the property.
Please be informed that, in such a case, we will turn off the A/C s ourselves.
