Our apartment is on the 2nd floor in a building without a lift on a little side street. There is one small bedroom with convertible table attached to the wall and double bed (140x200), American kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances, such as microwave, cooker, dishes and glasses, a small bathroom with a shower, Wi-fi internet Access,tv. The apartment is available for monthly rent from November to April.
We provide bed linen and towels. The bills are included in the price

Very well connected to all type of transport, there are 3 metro stations around within 5-10 min walk – Urquinaona, Arc de Triomf, Jaume 1. Barceloneta beach is 2 km away, it is 20 min walk or 2 metro stops from the closest station Urquinaona. There is uncountable number of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area.
