Three bedrooms offer plenty of light and an airy atmosphere with most of the rooms boasting views of the sea and the garden. Interiors are large, light and spacious with furnishings displaying a mix of traditional Greek and modern facilities.
The lovely sitting room has a large bay window seat to take advantage of the sandy beach and sea view.
The entrance leads to the dining room and living room, equipped with a fireplace, which adds an antique touch to the otherwise modernized house.
Thick stone walls provide an authentic backdrop whilst keeping the house cool during the warm summer months.
Outside, a sun lounge area - yacht style wooden deck - overlooks the beautiful sandy beach, the ideal place to enjoy warm summer afternoons. There are two verandas with excellent view.
