Next to the bedroom, there is a charming winter garden with a sleeping double sofa, table and chairs, a microwave, a kettle & tee, a coffee machine and coffee, a toaster and dishes.
The guests can also enjoy the big terrace with a great solar exposure, endowed with tables and chairs.
Winter garden and terrace are common areas (the winter garden is a private area by a booking of 3 or 4 guest).
The bedroom has a private house entrance, direct next to the house elevator. Hosts will have keys to the house and to the room, for maximum independence.
The apartment is 800 meters from the Douro River and near the river mouth (estuary). It is located 15 min. from the city center (by bus) and has a bus stop right in front of it. There is also a taxi rank 2 min. walking. Nearby there are bakeries, cafes, restaurants, banks, a shopping center, a church, a health center, etc. Parking cars free within 100 meters.
Communication is not problem: we speak English, German and Spanish, apart from native Portuguese; we also understand a little bit of French and Italian.
