It is a one bedroom that we have let out for home stay. Quite place and friendly family. We as a family do stay in the upper portion. In case, more rooms are required, we can try arranging appropriately. The room is equipped with 2 single beds, 2 single sofas for seating, air-conditioned and attached bathroom with dressing area.

The house is also very close to Pon Vidhyashram & PSBB Millennium Schools. 20 Min away from Chennai Trade Centre, MIOT hospital & Ramachandra hospital. Airport is only 20-35 mins away
15 mins drive to the nearest Shopping center ( Saravana stores). Lot of veg and non veg restaurants are nearby and can be reached in 5-25 min. Home delivery can be arranged by the hotels or by Swiggy, Zomato & Uber Eats. Grocery stores and pharmacy are at walk-able distance. You have few really good malls within 10-15 Kms. Marina beach, Beasant Nagar beach are 20-25 KMs away and should take 45-60min to reach.
