Past the centrally placed dining/living room you will find the entrance to a large bar and games room containing a 37' flat screen TV, and a bar equipped with its own fridge where you can mix yourself a drink. This area is also equipped with a dartboard and attractive pool table, while a 'cosy corner' containing a comfortable Chesterfield sofa entices you to put your feet up and relax. Continue on to the activity room where you will find a table tennis table, air hockey, table football and fitness equipment, as well as a 'café corner'. This property enjoys good dimensions and has space for up to 22 guests, boasting three guest wings with three bedrooms and one bathroom in each wing. There is also a large attic room with space for four extra guests. The house is built on a 5,200m2 plot of land, meaning there is plenty to occupy the kids, including swings, sandpit and a ball-playing area.
