"emperor" apartment are located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a 2 bathrooms and are fully equipped for your enjoyable stay.
Apartment receives 4 + 1 guests and have 100m2 + 17m2 terase with big table for eating or playing card and small table for drinking coffee in the shade.
"king" apartment is located on the first floor of the house and has 100m2 with a large terrace of 10m2 and balcony, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, large living room. It is designed for 4+1 guests.
There are also 2 private parking spaces available.
There is free internet through all the building. Of course, there is also an indispensable fireplace that you can use to prepare delicious Mediterranean meals.
About 50m away from house is basketball courtyard where you can play on basketball or small football or badminton...
Apartments are not near the sea (300m)and have a partial view of the sea, but that is why they compensate you in a quiet neighborhood where you will be able to relax and rest and your children will be safe.
The owner with his 12 year old son lives in a separate apartment behind the house and will not bother you in any aspect but will help you with anything.
The Pool
The pool of 20m2 is located within the house and on the roof of the auxiliary building so you will have your own private, natural oasis where you can enjoy all day and if you want the beautiful beaches it is located on a barely several minutes walk or 300m.
