The former manor house was rebuilt again five years ago and modern refurnished. Just in time for 5th birthday received the resort to start the season an extensive facelift.
The Residence Cedro with communual pool has a total of 12 apartments, all with balcony, terrace or patio and is located in Domaso, a popular resort on Lake Como. The old well-kept garden at the villa has retained its original character and offers space to relax, play and enjoy. The quiet fenced in residence is only 100m from the lake and 300m from the beach and is ideally situated for surfing, boating, swimming, sunbathing, mountain biking and hiking. It is an equally interesting starting point for day excursions to beautiful cities like Milan, Como, Lecco, or Lugano with public transportation such as train, ferry/ship or bus.
Behind the villa there is the wonderful large pool (10m x 5m) with lawn, and access to the villa garden. Chairs for sunbathing and relaxation are available.
From the entrance through the front garden a path leads to the apartments, all with separate entrances.
The 3-room apartment Cedro 104 has about 53 m2 and is located on the ground floor. It is suitable for 2-6 persons, has a living room with kitchenette, satellite TV, dining table and double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom and a terrace. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace of 65m2 with table and chairs. The bright sunny apartment is comfortably furnished with modern furniture and has a tiled floor, central heating, and an internet connection. The bathroom is equipped with wash basin, shower, toilet / bidet.
The garden, pool, barbecue in the garden and the washing machine are available to all guests. For your car there is a fee-based parking at the villa. Alternatively you can find free public parking in front of the residence and in the vicinity.
In the neighbourhood there are houses, holiday homes and private residences. The picturesque harbor and piazza, the surrounding restaurants, cafes, small shops and lakeside promenade, are only 3 to 5 minutes away on foot. The long beach can also be reached in about 10 minutes.
