It is a newly decorated and remodeled space, with excellent lighting and views to the outside, it has enough privacy, and is very ventilated. It is a house of 150 square meters with architecture from the 60s-70s, very well located in an emblematic area of the center of the Cdmx with many of transport routes, tourism, commerce and green areas.

It is an independent house on one floor, is on the first floor, the entrance-exit is direct to a main avenue. Because it is located between 4 of the main roads of the city, mobility is very accessible (Metro and Metrobús, 2min on foot) there is public transport 24 hours, I offer rent a comfortable and beautiful bicycle (let me know if you require it).
