It’s all about the setting at our beautiful stunning sea front villa which has a fantastic sea view and is surrounded by open countryside. Impressive views come as standard here. When you want to hide away though, this villa makes the perfect retreat. The villa has been designed to make the most of the views. For starters, the balcony offers up sweeping views over the sea and the surrounding rugged mountains. And as far as the rest of the outside, it’s all set up for relaxation. It’s painted in a bright Mediterranean colour and comes with its own private pool which takes pride of place. There are also plenty of sun loungers and chairs for relaxing and lots of pool toys for a spot of fun! Everyone can sit in a generously proportioned ground floor terrace which is where you can also enjoy a barbeque in blissful surroundings. There is also a large terrace area upstairs on the first floor for total relaxation, admiring the sea view or watching the sun go down or, may be, star gazing in the evenings.

In addition there are a number of good quality restaurants and bars close by with some offering a free complimentary pickup / drop home service .
Waterparks situated close by at the Elexus & Acapulco Hotel complexes.
The only golf course in Northern Cyprus is located less than a 10 minute drive away at the Korineum Golf and Spa which warmly welcomes the whole family..even just for drink on the terrace watching or waiting for the golfers to arrive at the 18th Green.
The sandy beaches close at hand include the new Esentepe beach and bar, ( changing facilities, showers, Sunbeds, Parasols and play area available ) plus the world famous Alagadi beach which is a protected and unspoilt area renowned for its Logger head and Leather back turtles.
Through and above the village of Esentepe is the cooling Pine Forests and Crusader castles found all along the Mountain range
West, is the ancient town of Kyrenia ( Girne ) built outside the walls of the Ottoman castle guarding the entrance to the picturesque harbour, now full of bars and great places to eat and enjoy an evening.
East, is the Karpaz, No holiday to North Cyprus can be complete without a visit to the Karpaz Peninsula, this is the Cyprus of old, a land almost unspoilt by the savage hand of modern development, where Mother Nature still holds the reins of power; where donkeys, trees, flowers, and cereal crops dot the landscape as far as the eye can see, before tapering off into the blue waters of the Mediterranean.
