House by the sea with a beautiful view on the beach. Casa da Villa is a recent villa with two suites with Wc, and a social Wc. Private pool, just 50 meters from the beach of Calheta. The house furnished with taste, very comfortable, large balconies, large garden with lawn, outdoor and indoor dining area, ample parking, Wi-fi, cable Tv. The house is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove oven, refrigerator. The solarium with loungers, where you can stretch out in the sun while enjoying the view of the sea or the pool.
Car is not essential but recommended. There is a good bus service and the bus ride to Funchal takes about an hour.
Very near the house there are several restaurants, bars and cafes, a good supermarket, a marina and a promenade.
Barbecue available in the grounds of the property.
A car is always useful if you want to visit other parts of the island but if you just want to enjoy the space and the home gardens, pool and spend some relaxing and sunny days by the sea will not need a car.
In the neighborhood you can visit the Church, the Mill Museum of the Sugar Cane and the center of the House of Seedlings Arts with spectacular views of the beach.
Starting from the marina can make beautiful boat trips to whale watching or coarse fishing.
There are also excursions to various parts of the island with output next to the Supermarket.
