For fans of peace and quiet, a garden with a sea view, rooms on the ground floor, with a breakfast area in front of each of them, but also a breakfast served at a family barbecue table. A very first choice bedding and still new 1.60X2. A parking space 2 minutes from the house at the end of the street. Property restaurants between 5 and 10 minutes by car, Walks that can start right behind the house.
We offer our rooms with breakfasts that we take together or that you take alone (or as a couple). We are surrounded by nature with sea and mountain views.
We share the barbecue / kitchen areas, the garden, and the various courtyards and terraces, as well as the (common) living room.
As we live on site with our travelers, we are pleased to prepare breakfast for them on site, and we are present for any information requests.
We are surrounded by nature, with no direct neighbors apart from the vineyard producers who surround us.
A bus is accessible at 15 minutes on foot from the house ... attention its rise !! we are at the end of the road, so there is an almost "private" parking space for two or three cars.
We live with our pets, two small dogs, a cat, who live outdoors exclusively (covered spaces). We are surrounded by nature, a little isolated, car rental is more than indicated! (this is the price of tranquility and great calm) ;-)

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
