Light and bright 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt on a lovely residential street in the German Colony overlooking trees. The apt is one flight up.
Spacious living room with comfy couch and chairs and well-equipped kitchen. Kitchen table seats 7.
In the living room there is also a desk that can be used as a dining table as well.
Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk in closet and bathroom en suite with bath and shower.
Second bedroom has a double sofa/futon bed 1.45 cms.
Third bedroom has a single bed. There is a second bathroom with shower, washer and dryer.
We have a Tv screen with an Hdmi outlet for your laptop and will soon have Netflix and amazon for complimentary movies.
