The property is based in a very quiet residential area, but onlyminutes walking distance to the beaches of Vau and Praia da Rocha or even to Portimao city centre. 20 minutes drive to the Auto drome of Portimao for the Gb, super motorbike races and the Formula One.
The property has been fully renovated with en suite bathrooms for each room. The bathrooms have walk-in showers or bath tub. Most are equipped with bidet and towel rail.
There is a swimming pool and a sauna. The pool use and the use of the fitness material is free of charge. Due to Covid regulations use will be limited.
