One BHK SA1 apartment – It has 1 room, 1 bath room, modular kitchen, common dining place, common terrace garden, common water fall. It is on the 1st floor. We just have 1 unit of this apartment.
Our all apartments are fully furnished with proper 1.5 Tons split air conditioners, king size beds, hard matching mattresses, pillows, comforters, wardrobes, LED TV, Routers, fans, exhaust fans, Fridges, utensils, crockery, kitchen appliances, gas & burner, working laptop table, Chairs, dining tables, Sofa (only in 2BHK), geysers, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, curtains. We don’t have elevator in the house, bath tubs in the bathrooms.
We provide cleaned towels, linens, toiletries, Wi-Fi, DTH connections, maid services for housekeeping, Indian or continental breakfast, R O water in 18 Litres bottles, washing of cloths maximum 4 cloths per day per guest. Ironing needs to be paid by the guest.
All apartments have independent access and these do not interfere in the privacy of our guests. 24 hours hot & cold water is available in all apartments. All apartments have individual power backup to support lights, fans only in case of the power cut. AC is not supported by Inverters. Wi-Fi is in the whole house with 100 MBPS speed. It is based on Fibre optic cable (FTTH) technology. Infact we have put two (2) networks of 100 MBPS each.

## For drivers, servants we charge Rs. 1,120/- per day per servant. GST is included in this. We will give breakfast but they need to sleep on the floor. We will provide bedding.
### Please note that we are charging Rs. 112/- per day per room for cleaning purposes. It includes GST too.
** Ola, Uber, 3 wheeler auto rickshaw are available. Ola, Uber can be booked via app. One can also rent Motorcycles, scooters on daily basis.

** Modular Kitchens: Modular Kitchens in all apartments. These are independent units with Utensils, Crockery, Gas, Hob, Fridge, Microwave Oven, ready to use. Modular kitchen is in all Serviced Apartments.

#### CORONA OR COVID 19 ####: Our helpers, employees are using hand gloves too.
Our all helpers, employees are cleaning hands, legs as soon as they enter in the house. In addition, they are cleaning their hands with alcohol.
We have already increased disinfectant percentage in the water used for the mopping of the floor.
We are changing bed sheets, pillow covers after every 2 days or once guest vacate the house.
As per Government guidelines, we are cleaning door knobs, door latches, and electrical points with alcohol everyday so that everyone will be safe in the house.
On arrival of any guest we will check forehead temperature and general condition of the guest/s and if found above prescribed limit, then we will help them so that he/ she can get medical help immediately. Under this scenario, we will refund the guest money. But we cannot refund commission of paytm.com unless they agree.

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
