These cosy pool houses are located right in the middle of the Hohendorf Schlosspark, just a stone's throw away from the Baltic Sea. Spread over almost 150 square metres, these holiday houses can accommodate a total of 10 people. Since the houses have two bathrooms and an additional shower in the pool area, they are ideal for two or three families. The large pool (18 square metres) with counter current system, invites you to splash around and play. Right next to it is the hot tub with jet streams, where up to five people can relax. Take a break from everyday life and pamper yourself here! The houses are decorated entirely in Scandinavian style - with wood and warm colours, so you will feel at home immediately in this cosy atmosphere. In the living area there are huge, panoramic windows, reaching up to the ceiling, which ensures that the house is flooded with light. From the living area you can watch your loved ones in the pool room next door, through a glass wall. You can relax in the large sun terrace and read your favourite book, sunbathe or enjoy a hearty barbecue! On the other side of the house there is another covered terrace. The open kitchen leads to the spacious living and dining area. The wood stove invites you to spend long hours in front of the crackling fire during cold weather. The two bedrooms with single beds are very small and are mainly suitable for children; the beds cannot be put next to each other. The hot tub is not always full, but empties itself automatically overnight. This is in compliance with the general regulations for holiday homes set by the Hygiene Office. Due to the age of the houses and the maintenance of the equipment, relatively higher costs are to be expected. Depending on the outside temperature and the intensity of use of sauna, hot tub, etc., a down payment of 400 Euro / week may not always be sufficient. In DMK950 smoking is permitted (DMK951 is non smoking!). Mini holiday / Optional arrival can be booked up to 28 days before arrival during off-season. Wi-Fi can be ordered on the spot (€ 2 / day, 10 € / week, prices are per equipment).
