Where does the name originate? Well its an anagram of the names of our two children, Nigel & Jasmine.
In the year 2000 we decided to permanently settle on the Island of Meganisi, Greece, we have a history of visiting Meganisi since 1972 and we have lived on the island on & off since 1997.
We have rented numerous apartments long term and at one time owned a small house in the middle of Spartochori. In 2000 we started to look for land on the island that would be suitable for investment to construct holiday apartments so that our clients could enjoy the wonderful hospitality of the Meganisiyotis and explore this wonderful Islands terrain beaches etc.
We found the land on the quiet Platier adjacent to the Old School,( this school at one time had 140 pupils under tuition, in just two rooms). We commissioned the well know engineer, Erasimus Rossi from the island of Corfu to design the building incorporating the Modern Methods Of Construction & Bio Climatic Principles pioneered by Anthony Palmer throughout his working career in his company (url Hidden) & (url Hidden) Construction Systems.
