With a stylish look to the décor and furnishings, Buttsbury Court is a comfortable place to call home during your stay. It also offers plenty of modern amenities, meaning convenience is yours to enjoy.
The spacious living room features beautiful picture windows that help to bring the tropical outside surroundings in. Several comfortable sofas are positioned to make the most of the views. There’s also a cosy television/video room that’s ideal for family movie nights. Meanwhile, the private study gives you the chance to check your emails and simply unwind with a book. The kitchen has everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one.
There are five air-conditioned bedrooms in total, with the master bedroom being simply stunning. It has a dressing room, marble bathroom with shower and bathtub and a balcony for soaking up the scenery. The bedroom windows also offer fantastic views over the garden and beyond. The remaining four bedrooms are all generous doubles and also have a luxurious marble bathroom each. One bedroom is equipped as a single-bedded nursery or nanny’s room.
Outside, at the heart of the villa is a stunning pool area with a large private swimming pool that’s surrounded by sun loungers. There are several relaxing and dining areas on the terraces also. This means you can enjoy both drinks and delicious al fresco meals cooked on the barbecue as you watch the sun setting over the sea.
Buttsbury Court is set within a one acre plot, with tropical gardens being the main highlight. Found within the lawned areas are a range of exotic trees and plants, giving you your very own slice of tropical paradise.

Location
Buttsbury Court is ideally located for an unforgettable family holiday. A good choice of shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all within a 5-minute drive.
Paynes Bay Beach is less than a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk away, giving you the chance to enjoy the local scenery as you make your way down to the sea on foot. Why not make up a picnic and have an al fresco lunch as you sit on the golden sand and watch the sea gently lapping the shore. The waters here are extremely calm, making them ideal for the children to swim in. There’s also the chance to go snorkelling or relax on rented sun loungers. A café serving drinks and snacks is right on the beach, with more options just across the road.
A 10-minute drive away is Holetown with its slightly more lively beaches and a bustling evening scene. The boardwalk is a popular place to take a walk and soak up the friendly atmosphere. You’ll also find lots of beachfront restaurants serving delicious dishes made from local fish and seafood. Holetown is also home to many up-market shops, so indulge in some retail therapy during your visit!
Speightstown can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. It’s one of the island’s major towns and boasts a long, colourful history. Many of the town’s buildings date back to colonial times, with the Arlington House Museum being a must-visit attraction. The Gallery of Caribbean Art is another interesting place to visit. Speightstown isn’t short on beaches either - and they tend to be relatively quiet.

Buttsbury Court is great for families with children as it’s in a secure and private location, with plenty of amenities on the doorstep. Children of all ages will love the cosy television room with its numerous pillows for novelty seating. The large pool and gardens are sure to be hits also.
Folkestone Marine Park is a 10-minute drive away and is a lovely place for the children to go snorkelling and spotting the colourful fish that call these calm waters home. If you would all prefer to keep your feet dry, there’s also a museum with several aquariums to enjoy a stroll around.
