Kahurangi is a Maori word which translates to Kahu – a white feather cloak and Rangi – the sky. A perfect name for a villa that has such big sky views of the Remarkables mountain range and its gentle layer of white cloud – the cloak.
The villa is designed and furnished in a bespoke Scandinavian style with space to spread out and unwind. The kitchen is a perfect gathering spot for friends and family and the ideal space to have one of our chef’s come and cook for you in house one evening. There are four bedrooms – two are ensuite and two share a beautiful large bathroom. The spa pool is situated on a private deck – great for relaxing after a busy day exploring Queenstown.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Loud Music not allowed. Pets not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. No Pets, No loud music, No Smoking. • Do anything which adversely affects or compromises any insurance for the Property; • Cause any nuisance or annoyance to us, the owner or neighbours. If this term is breached (as determined by us at our discretion) we will be entitled to deduct up to $500 plus GST per event from your credit card or pre-authorised sum in accordance with clause 2 (Bond); • Smoke inside the Property; • Accommodate more than the maximum number of occupants as stated on the Accommodation Reservation Form and stated on the Guest Registration (form to be completed on check-in); • Operate a business at the property or use it for any improper, immoral or legal purpose; • Assign, sublet, charge or part with or share possession or occupation of the property (except as previously approved by us); • Keep any pet on the property without our prior written permission; • Use illegal substances or conduct illegal activities at the Property; • Move or re-arrange furniture.
