Set in a pretty valley on the edge of the village of Box, only 10 minutes drive from Bath.
With 6 generous sized bedrooms the house sleeps 16 in comfort.
The large, well equipped kitchen has two fridges and a range cooker, ideal for large family meals.
The very large sitting room has a log burner, plenty of seating and a large tv.
The property also has free Wi-fi .
Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is a family bathroom and additional loo for the other bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom which has access to a ground floor toilet and wash basin.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a four poster bed, two additional Single beds for children, And an ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath, wash basin and Wc.
At the back there is an oriental style is twin bedroom with wardrobe and two single beds.
To the left of the stairs there is a pretty seaside themed room with a luxury king size bed.
Next door is the Rose Room with three single beds
Lastly at the end of the corridor there is a large bedroom with three single beds and an ensuite bathroom.
There is also a family bathroom on the landing.
The gardens and grounds extend to 5 acres of woodland. From from May 1 there is access to a private heated outdoor swimming pool. We keep this open as long as possible in the autumn but only guarantee to have it open until the second weekend in September.
There is plenty of parking offstreet in the drive and the world Heritage city of Bath it’s only a 10 minute drive away.
We can provide chefs and other activities at the house.
All weekend bookings must include Friday night. Weekly bookings start on Mondays or Fridays only. Midweek breaks are for a fixed period from Monday to Friday. There is no discount for shorter stays.
The security bond needs to be paid two weeks before arrival in cleared funds.
