The house has high ceilings throughout, especially in the open plan lounge, dining, kitchen and formal sitting room. Fully airconditioned with multiple ceiling fans this area is a majestic beautiful space to enjoy. There is plenty of space for families wishing to holiday together with multiple areas to retreat to for privacy at the end of the day.
The dining room is very upmarket with chandelier lighting and 3 metre quality dining table with 10 chairs (we can add 2 more chairs if needed please ask us before booking). Here you can gather for your meals whilst sharing stories of your favourite Darwin holiday moments.
A comfortable lounge area with grey leather lounges, concrete style coffee table and TV cabinet, beautiful copper decor,floor lamp, large screen wall mounted television and a selection of DVDs for all ages. The lounge room, formal sitting room and kitchen all feature views of the Darwin city skyline.
Next to the lounge room is a formal sitting area with comfortable swivel chairs where one can sit, chat or read a book comfortably in style.
The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen lead out to a large deck with heated jacuzzi, 10 seater outdoor dining and bar table with four barstools. Complete with outdoor ceiling fans, from here you can marvel at the city lights of Darwin.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need with quality appliances, utensils, glassware, dinnerware, cookware, serving ware, rice cooker and Nespresso pod machine (starter pack of pods provided). With a brand new beautiful waterfall kitchen bench top and designer lighting, this kitchen is a truly beautiful space to make self-catering a pleasure.
WIFI (1000MB a day) is supplied you may purchase more if needed. A computerised compendium makes getting to know your holiday house a pleasure and provides great information on restaurants and activities.
Also upstairs is a room with a pool table and wall mounted television though please note there is a possibility we may change this room in future into a room with sofa lounge.
A dedicated office ensures those in the family who can't leave their work can take care of business in a comfortable and beautiful space, complete with modern concrete style office table, office chair and copper lamp. When you shut the doors of this room you can work in private. A computer monitor is provided with HDMI input to plug in your laptop
Upstairs offers a powder room.
Downstairs you will find yet another beautiful area to relax in. The family room offers two leather lounges which can each be converted to double sofa beds depending on your needs. We can convert this area into a 5 th bedroom where required. This room offers a large screen wall mounted television, DVD player, boardgames as well as a new Playstation with a selection of games. Selection of kids toys provided to keep your children entertained.
This area leads out via sliding door to the outdoor lounge area with new comfortable lounges, coffee table and outdoor ceiling fan.
The bedrooms were designed with your comfort in mind. The high quality mattresses and pillows of various heights throughout the house provide your perfect zone for slumber. Each bedroom has modern concrete look bedside tables and stunning copper bedside lamps with warm soothing lighting.
The master bedroom even features its own parent retreat with lounge and large wall mounted television and stunning copper floor lamp. There are ceiling fans and air-conditioning in each of the bedrooms. All bedroom have build in wardrobes with the master offering a walk in wardrobe.
The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, dual shower head and toilet.
Downstairs in the hallway is a modern bathroom with shower, bath, sink and toilet.
