Villa Palmera has a beautiful garden of almostm2, a very large salt water pool of 18 x 5 metres, an outside chill area with Bbq area, bar and outside kitchen fully equiped.
The mainhouse has 2 double bedrooms en-suite on the groundfloor, 3 double bedrooms on the first floor with a bath room to be shared.
Tha annex downstairs has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and a open plan kitchen.The newly built garden house has 2 double bedrooms, a small living room and a bath room.

Villa Palmera is located within the tranquil hillside surroundings of Sitges/barcelona, and offers spectacular far reaching views over the countryside.
It has extensive accomodation both internally and externally and is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, for adults and children.
The sleeping accomodation is flexible and can cater for up to 22 guests.
Each of the 9 bedrooms are very large with high ceilings, plenty of natural light with some bedrooms leading out to terraces.
All have ample storage and wardrobe space.
The gardens are full of palm trees, olive and lemon trees and provide a great playground for children...they can hide in the tree house, jump up and down on the trampoline, play table tennis, hide and seek or just splash around in the 18 x 5 meter salt water pool.
Meanwhile the adults can have their fun in the chill out zone...an 80 m2 covered outdoor lounge, with comfy sitting, a full kitchen, bar and eating area...perfect to relax after a long day or even a short day!
