Is on Agias Sofias street a most famous commercial and historical interested street, which is partially a pedestrian walk. It has a double bed , Another double bed with extra single bed on top of it and a single double decker bed. A big flat screen conveniently set opposite to bed and arm chairs. Can watch Tv local channels and also some European channels. A table for computer work and dinning, internet is steady and speed of 21 mbps
The Apartment is located at the back side of the building and provides a very quiet place for rest. Is located at the back yard of the building and has a patio under roof so you can sit outside also for coffee or so.
Heating is Totally autonomous with water radiators , and hot water is continues.
The access of visitors allowed in the entire apartment.
When I am in the city, I like to meet the guests and provide lists and information about their stay (transportation, things to do , places of interest, bars, etc). I am available 24/7 to assist you with information might needed. Communication with viber-whatsapp-messenger.
The apartment is located at the heart of the old city at a very convenient and serviced area. Agias Sofias and Agiou Dimitriou streets are of the most famous commercial and Historical. This is the most lively neighborhood of the city, just by the most commercial street Egnatia.. 5 minutes to the pedestrian walk part of Agias sofias (many caffes and shops around) and just after that arriving to the old promenade. Magnificent church of Agias Sofias is there. Is preferred from the students also as it is very near to the university. Also the upper town with the Byzantine walls and old neighborhood is near at the opposite direction.. Corner store is just opposite the flat providing everything you might need. A big supermarket is just around the corner. Baker and pastry shop also. A range of tavernas , bars, cafes is just there. A very nice grill house, pizza places and take away (please ask Erasmus for more information). All monuments of interest, the white tower, the waterfront, the university the walkways the Helexpo fair, are at some minutes walking distance. 5 minutes walk to the old promenade, Aristoteles Square and Tsimiski street.
