The house, with 300 sqm, distributed on two floors. The ground floor features a beautiful hall with a guest toilet, a spacious double bedroom with double fitted wardrobes and plasma TVs. The hall leads to a spacious lounge room with comfortable sofas and leather sofas, plasma TV, fireplace and a dining table with leather chairs. The living room has direct access to the outdoor area and a modern fully equipped kitchen.
