You can visit the gardens of Birkegården, which measures 28,000 square metres and has a variety of flowers. The summer on the Stillinge Beach is beautiful and lively. Slagelse has a large barrack, where you can see guards riding horses on the streets of the city, every Wednesday. The bridge across the Great Belt to Funen lets you experience the beautiful mansions and charming landscapes on the island. An excursion to Billund or Egeskov is definitely on the cards. The nearest golf course is situated only 20 minutes away from the house by car. You can also visit the peninsula Reersø. The island falls under the category of nature conservation and hence is full of fauna and flora. There is a 9 km long bicycle path surrounding the region. It is definitely worth visiting the gardens of Birkegårdens Haver and the large adventure park with animals and play equipment for children. On the Good Kragerup Gods, there is a treetop trail and a football ground. You can also go canoeing on the moat.
