Villa Margherita is a charming retreat, recently renovated and furnished in a comfortable and well furnished apartment. The summer is located in a quiet and panoramic position surrounded by the famous Valdichiana. The surrounding environment is purely rural and is near to some of the top tourism attractions in Tuscany. Villa Margherita immediately conveys an atmosphere of relaxation and hospitality thanks to the large green spaces that surround it. The villa is surrounded by a large outdoor pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and a beautiful wooden gazebo right at the poolside which offers shelter on hot summer days. Inside the house, there is a beautiful traditional fireplace. The villa is divided into eight finely furnished apartments that are in perfect sound with the rural style of the building. Villa Margherita provides its guests with a kitchen, sofas, flat screen satellite TV and private bathrooms. Some areas of the villa have terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams and stone walls, combined with some modern appliances. The total has a total of 11 guests. Villa Margherita is a gateway to relaxation, surrounded by the inimitable Valdichiana, framed by large fields of sunflowers that surrounds the guest making this place an enchanting place for those who love the true flavors of the Italian countryside. Villa Margherita is located near the famous Etruscan city of Cortona, the medieval villages of Castiglione Fiorentino and Lucignano and the Castle of Montecchio Vesponi.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
