This centrally located apartment is close to the town centre yet still boasts the naturally beautiful views of Lake Wakatipu and the iconic Remarkables mountain range. You can walk down into town or wander further up Queenstown Hill to some beautiful bush walks in the warmer months.
Views on York is the epitome of easy living with its open plan dining, kitchen and living areas and is wonderfully light and warm. The gas fire is such a pleasure in winter and the deck overlooking the lake is the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine during the long summer days.
Up to six guests are accommodated in three double bedrooms (two with en-suites and one adjacent to the guest bathroom). The master bathroom offers a large spa bath, which is ideal for a soak after a day of Queenstown activity.
Please be aware that there is building work currently being undertaken nearby this villa. There is a chance that there may be some noise disturbance.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.

No Pets, No loud music, No Smoking. • Do anything which adversely affects or compromises any insurance for the Property; • Cause any nuisance or annoyance to us, the owner or neighbours. If this term is breached (as determined by us at our discretion) we will be entitled to deduct up to $500 plus GST per event from your credit card or pre-authorised sum in accordance with clause 2 (Bond); • Smoke inside the Property; • Accommodate more than the maximum number of occupants as stated on the Accommodation Reservation Form and stated on the Guest Registration (form to be completed on check-in); • Operate a business at the property or use it for any improper, immoral or legal purpose; • Assign, sublet, charge or part with or share possession or occupation of the property (except as previously approved by us); • Keep any pet on the property without our prior written permission; • Use illegal substances or conduct illegal activities at the Property; • Move or re-arrange furniture.
