Homestay offers spacious and comfortable accommodation. The homestay offers four spacious rooms with attached bath in the main tharavadu house and two spacious rooms with attached bath in the padinhatta house. Due to the cool interiors of the building the rooms are not equipped with ACs. One of the interesting things about this homestay is that the guests are crooned to sleep by the sounds of the wind and the forest and the woken from their slumber by the sweet chirping of birds. Guests may be surprised to find deers roaming in the courtyard of the homestay.
FOOD
Food is one of the high points of Orange villa Homestay. Guests are treated to food made from fresh farm vegetables and home-made ingredients. The food offered is delicious traditional Kerala fare. Guests can have a taste of Gandhakashala rice, natural honey,fresh oranges from the farm, tea and coffee of Wayanad and bamboo rice. Each of these items are offered in their fresh form. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are offered to the guests in the traditional Kerala style i.e., on plantain leaf. The homestay tries to offer the guests a wholesome experience of the Kerala way of living.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
