A large 6 roomed house which sleeps 7 on beds and have extra mattress and comfortable couches to sleep an extra 3 if needs be. We have a very large open plan lounge with a beautiful new kitchen. There is a play room for kids and a man cave. Outside is a great entertainment area with a pool and large garden. Dstv and Wifi provided.
There are 5 large Led flat screen Tv’s throughout the house. With many movies and series to choose from and a big collection of animated movies, you will never be bored. A new enclosed patio area outside in the front as well as the back linking to the lounge and swimming pool access, with a lovely outdoor entertainment area, allows you to enjoy a traditional South African “braai” while enjoying the beautiful Cape Town weather.
The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including a large fridge and separate freezer, microwave, gas grill with double oven, dishwasher and kitchenware.
The guest bathroom includes an open overhead shower, toilet and a double vanity. The main bathroom includes a “his and hers” double overhead shower and bath. The bathroom is all open plan also with a double vanity.
There is a double garage which includes parking inside for 4 cars and outside for 5 cars
There are fish and two dogs that live here and will need to be fed.

Bergvliet was formerly a large farm owned by Simon van der Stel. The original Cape Dutch farmhouse still stands on a large property on the Western border of Bergvliet. The Bergvliet Farm, as it is known, is a beautiful place with a large dam where many birds congregate. The farm is also a favorite dog walking and running location. This southern suburb is centrally situated and ideal to explore the Constantia wine estates and taking walks in the forest.
