Large villa a stone's throw from the sea. It has a garden with double
veranda and outdoor kitchen, three bedrooms, kitchen and living room in
open space, two bathrooms.
Located 250 meters from the sea, it is the ideal place for a family
vacation or for those seeking total relaxation with all the comforts at
hand. The house, surrounded by nature, is located right next to the
beach of Cefalu` a few steps from the sea. The location is renowned for
its fantastic sea, 1.5 km from the center and is easily accessible by
car. The accommodation offers air conditioning, TV, double bedroom (s),
bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer and courtesy set, equipped
kitchen, living area with sofa, dressing room with washing machine,
furnished patio and barbecue facilities . The Villa offers cleaning
service, supply of bed linen and bath only for stay. Any Personal
Service (daily cleaning, linen change ...) must be booked independently
by the guest as the property does not offer this type of service.

Nearby about 900 meters there are open supermarkets, a parking lot
always available, pharmacies, restaurants, beaches, disco pub, water
park. The train station is 2 km from the apartment.

in a typically Mediterranean style, and enjoy your wonderful holiday.
The municipality of Cefalu is located in Sicily, about 72 kilometers to
the east. from Palermo. It is included in the Madonie Natural Regional
Park and has a small number of inhabitants, which however increases
during the summer period. It is located on the northern Sicilian coast
and rises at the foot of a rocky promontory which make it one of the
most suggestive cities of the island and one of the most chosen by
couples on their honeymoon. Besides being one of the most important
tourist centers, it is also one of the major seaside resorts in the
entire region; despite its size, every year it attracts a significant
flow of local, national and foreign tourists who, in the summer period,
triple the population, making the main squares and the most important
streets of the country crowded. Its beauty means that it has been
included in the club of the most beautiful villages in Italy, the
association of small Italian centers awarded for its great artistic,
cultural and historical importance, for the harmony of the urban
fabric, livability and services to citizens and tourists. The Cathedral
of the city of Cefalu is part of the sites of the Arab-Norman Palermo
that from 2015 are included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The urban center extends in the shape of a horse inside the small flat
area between the rock spur and the hilly system behind, in a very
valuable naturalistic area. The town has ancient origins: it was
founded around the 4th century. B.C. from the Greeks who called it
Kefaloidion, and used it as a fortified outpost, given its strategic
position. In the Hellenic-Roman period the city was equipped with
walls; during their rule period, the Byzantines left some remains of
fortifications and changed the name of the city to Gafludi. In 1063 the
count Ruggero from Altavilla conquered the city and made it a Christian
outpost with the construction of numerous churches. On the death of
Frederick II the city experienced a period of economic instability and
passed from one fiefdom to another, until it was redeemed by the Bishop
in 1451. The patron saint of the city of Cefalu is the Most Holy
Savior, to whose worship the Cathedral Basilica; the patronal festival
of Cefalu takes place every year in the first week of August. For those
who love excursions in the vicinity of Cefalu, there is the Monte di
Pieta which was founded on Via Mandralisca in 1703 by Bishop Matteo
Muscella. The ancient church can still be visited today and can be
reached by following a long panoramic path of medium difficulty.
According to the Walled Towns Friendship Circle, a prestigious English
literary circle, Cefalu is one of the best preserved walled cities not
only in Sicily, but throughout the European scene. The event most felt
by the city is the feast of the patron saint held from 2 to 6 August.
On this occasion, in addition of course to the religious celebrations
held in the Duomo, a great historical re-enactment is organized and
also a village festival much loved by locals and tourists. In addition
to this a beautiful folk festival is the Old Strina. The latter was
born as a figure of an old woman who on the night between December 31
and January 1 brings gifts to good children and coal and ashes to the
bad ones. In the days before the children it is recommended not to make
too much noise because the old strina ru casteddu nna adduna: its
dwelling is in fact imagined on the ancient Rocca di Cefalu. Very
special is the Festa del Mare in Cefalu, a great folk festival, during
which folk groups parades are held, tastings of typical Sicilian
products and the Blue Fish Festival is held, held every year in July.
The cuisine of Cefalu is closely linked to tradition, with good and
genuine dishes. To taste are: the arancine prepared with rice, beef or
pork, eggs, peas, broad beans, artichokes which are then fried in a
pan; la frittedda, a dish based on artichokes, broad beans, peas
seasoned with oil and white wine vinegar. The sfincione, bread dough
filled with spicy salami, caciocavallo and chopped onion and finally
the beccafico sardines, with small fish seasoned with breadcrumbs,
raisins, pine nuts with a sprinkling of chopped basil and parsley.
Among the desserts you can not try the Sicilian cassata and the
Sicilian cannoli, both prepared with ricotta and candied fruit and the
typical nougat with millefiori honey. There are also excellent ice
creams, strictly based on fresh fruit, and granitas, in particular
those based on almonds and coffee typical of the tradition. The typical
dish of Cefalu, for which it is worth spending a few words apart, is
the Ra pasta a Taianu. In honor of this dish there is also a festival
organized by the Polis Kephaloidion Culture Center in Cefalu. It is a
very ancient dish, dating back to the Arab domination and which has
traditionally remained so in culinary use
