The villa has a sublime tropically landscaped garden with a lotus pond with a meditation sala, lots of flowers, a Thai relaxation sala and a terrace with seated areas, all next to the estate’s communal swimming pool. In the lounge you will find a TV and international channels and comfortable sofas, alongside a dining area with a 6-seat table and views out to the garden and communal pool. The kitchen comes equipped with all the latest modern appliances for a convenient self-catering experience. The single bedroom is located upstairs and is large inside, similar to a self-contained suite with a lounge area of its own. The location of this villa is amidst a prime holiday destination, just a short stroll to Bophut Beach and Fisherman’s Village where you will find international restaurants, shops and stalls and some of the coolest bars imaginable.

Electricity Charges upto 4BHK Villas : Electricity is free up to 57 units per day over this a charge of 7 baht per unit is made! Please save power and switch your air-conditioning off when not in use.
Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!
