Upon entering this Apartment you find yourself directly in a luxurious open plan area comprising of the kitchen area, dining room area, and living room area. The beautiful and modern kitchen features an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, 4 ring electric hobs, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle. The dining area which is connected to the kitchen consists of a splendid wooden dining table accompanied by 6 high back chairs. The living area has 2 and 3 seat leather sofas as well as a coffee table. Entertainment facilities include Lcd Tv and satellite channels. From the living room area patio doors lead outside to the balcony which provides an ideal place to rest and relax. An exterior table and chairs are available.
The apartment offers 2 bedrooms. The bathroom is located just outside of the bedrooms. One bedroom is double and the other bedroom offers single beds. All bedrooms have access to the rear balcony with view the main strip of Protaras.
The apartment is fully air conditioned; each room and bedroom in the apartment has its separate air conditioning unit. Available, and free of charge, are also a safety deposit box, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Our guests can park their car at the basement of the building.
Breakfast, Half Board (breakfast and dinner) and Full Board (breakfast, lunch & dinner) are also available at the on site restaurant "the Brewery" for 8 Euros per person per day for breakfast, 25 Euros per person per day for Half Board or 45 Euros per person per day for Full Board. Meals can also be delivered to the property and also poolside drinks can also be ordered. There is a 40% reduction for children under 12 years old.
