Villa has a spacious living room, kitchen, bar counter, equipped places for work and rest with terrace, large swimming pool, garden, and the common area.
9 rooms are identical to a hotel's suites, each bedroom is a small studio. Isolated rooms from each other with bathrooms, workplaces, exit to the veranda or balcony, two
studios have a private living room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed or two single beds, a work desk.
Friendly: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 15 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 6 to 15 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
