This beautiful holiday flat in the raised ground floor (right) of a small holiday house is very nicely furnished and lies in the first row to the beach. From the terrace you can relax and enjoy the colourful hustle and bustle on the beach and the view of the wide sea.
The apartment offers comfortable space for 4 persons. The accommodation is located in the middle of the village and yet on a quiet residential road with no through traffic. On the other side of the road a staircase leads down the steep coast directly to the kilometre long sandy beach of Praia da Areia Branca.

The Neighborhood:
Praia da Areia Branca is a typical Portuguese seaside resort. Fortunately, there are only very few hotels or holiday resorts here, but in August, there is a lot of activity on the beach, as many Portuguese from the surrounding area come for a swim. There is a lifeguard who looks after the right one and hundreds of typical beach tents that can be rented for a small fee.
Some parts of the beach are guarded by professional lifeguards in summer. Those who want to escape from this hustle and bustle only have to walk one or two bays along the beach and already they have a bay to themselves again.In Praia da Areia Branca there is a beautiful beach promenade with many small cafés and good restaurants. The place is especially suitable for families with young children, as there is a very nice and manageable nightlife and the contact to the locals is very easy. The express bus between Peniche and Lisbon stops hourly in this place. The county town Lourinha with big supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, health centre, pharmacies, post office and bank is only 3 km away.A highlight nearby is the newly opened largest outdoor museum in Portugal: Dinoparque Lourinha. Here you will also find the best surf spots in Europe.

Possible heating costs will be charged according to consumption.
