My holiday apartment is in a quiet neighborhood of "Sunny Beach" within 8 min. walking distance from the beach and 3 minutes from the Bus station "Hotel Riu Helios Paradise". You’ll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, and the views.
The apartment is with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with a toilet, terrace. With modern furnishing and household stuff the apartment is fully functional.
Our guests have free access to pool and public parking. Sun-beds and garden chairs are at your disposal for free.
There is also a Café-bar with a large terrace in the shade, and here you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea.
All children under 2 years are charged Eur 3.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs.

Arrival after 14h30. If the apartment is available earlier you can enter earlier.
Departure before 12h00. If the apartment is available you can leave later.
We will gladly arrange a transfer from the airport to the holiday village.
