Our accomodation and its entire staff would like to make clear to our guests that all of us take an active stand against prostitution and trafficking. As a , luxury Family Friendly accommodation in Batumi we find ourselves having the moral obligation to ensure that our business is not open to the exploitation of children and adults for sexual purposes and forced labor. Under no condition will guests be allowed into our premises with the company of prostitutes or children.
2. Check- In/check- Out
Check-in procedure will officially begin after 14:00. However, we will make every effort possible to accommodate any guests arriving prior to 14:00. Check-out shall conclude before 12:00 am on the day of departure.
Late check- out is possible on request with a surplus charge of 50% of our current room rate if the room is left before 18:00 hours. After 18:00, the full room rate will be applied.
3. Visitors
For security reasons, visitors will not be allowed into our guest accomodation after 10pm.at the sole discretion of the manager on duty, we may charge an extra fee of Us$35.00 per day and per extra guest staying in the room.
*in order to avoid misunderstandings, when we say visitors we mean relatives, friends and close acquaintances, and not prostitutes nor unrelated children.
4. Non- Smoking
Please be informed that this building is a non-smoking residence and that there will be a monetary penalty of $25 if you are found breaking our non-smoking policy.
5. Pet: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
6. Safety Box
Safety deposit boxes are provided in each room. We encourage the use of this amenity in order to avoid any problems regarding personal belongings.
7. Property Charge
No amenities and facilities provided by us shall be allowed outside the rooms at any time. In case of damage or loss of any items found in the studio, the full price of each of them will be charged to your account.
