This is a facility built by few individuals who loves pristine nature to spend their leisure time. Utmost care has been taken to make it a comfortable holiday destination. It has been decided to convert it to a Serviced villa. We have six rooms on the 1st and 2nd Floor having two beds and attached bathroom with geyser in each. All the room have a private balcony which gives you a stunning view of the valley with miles and miles of tea garden and hills beyond. Ground floor facilitates the Reception, Dining hall, Kitchen, Pantry etc.

Food served is traditional homely food prepared fresh based on the arrangement between the caretaker/cook and the guest. Food can be vegetarian or non-vegetarian. There is a spacious dining room attached to the kitchen and pantry from where you can enjoy the nature along with homely meals.

Due to the high altitude, the weather is cool throughout the year. A great way to enjoy the environment is to take a walk through the tea gardens or along the towering trees. Throughout the day you could hear the birds singing.

The steep slopes of the Western Ghats with rocky crags, grassy hillocks, cascading streams and towering trees are the most suitable places for a cozy stay at our villa. The elevation is just right to make the atmosphere cool and salubrious. Far from the din and bustle of city life, here you will experience the ideal location...

The summer temperature of 15 to 25oC and the winter temperature 0 to 10oC will help you cool your feet in the warmth of the homely hospitality provided. The cool mountain breeze will smoothen out the wrinkles and take away years off your age. During the winter months it may be misty at times but health giving. The rains...

The rains during June-August will prove an enjoyable experience, especially from your balcony. Most of the days are clear enough to give you distant views of undulating hills and valley for miles around.

Most of the cell phone network is available, but quality of the reception is average. The best coverage is by Idea and then BSNL, Vodafone also works.

We can arrange transport (cab or jeep) for local sight seeing.
