The layout can comfortably accommodate a single person, a couple, 4 adults, or a family with 2 small children. The property features include spacious club house with pool, Jacuzzi & gym. 3 acre landscaped garden with jogging track & children's play area in the second floor level. A car parking space is available in the Basement and ample parking for visitors.

Getting Around:
Taxi cabs abound! Uber and Pick Me apps are the best!
Otherwise, getting around via Tuk-tuk is advisable. Ensure that the meter if flagged down when you start your journey. Otherwise, you will be charged higher rate!
I will not bother taking the bus or Train, unless you are feeling adventurous! :)
Note that there is an allotted parking space for the apartment. Let us know in advance so we can provide the access card for the parking lot.
Other Things to Note:
ELECTRICITY
Electricity usage will be charged separately at the rate of usd 35 cents per unit of consumption. A refundable utility deposit of USD 10 per day is payable upon checking in.
INTERNET
Wifi is complementary for home usage which includes surfing, email, social media only any excessive downloads and VPN usage will be charged based on the consumption. Data pack of 10 GB cost 10 USD
OFFICIAL ID
you will be required provide us with some ID of all guest staying in the apartment for security reasons. we will request this, closer to your arrival for us to issue the access card to apartment and clubhouse facility.
INSTANT BOOKING.
I normally do prefer for guests to send me a note regarding their plans prior to booking, but I understand that some guests need a place to stay at the last minute; that's why I've enabled "instant booking".

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
