This exceptionally beautiful and distinctive holiday home consists of two accommodation units located on a hill, from where there is a wonderful panoramic view on the sea, islands and the peaceful surroundings ensuring full privacy. The units are equipped with modern furniture and are connected by the courtyard. On the plot there is a large outdoor swimming pool, a swing, a seesaw and a sand pit, where children can play on fresh air. Except for these facilities, there is also a sauna and fitness room, so that guests can simply relax or enjoy active rest. For entertainment, there are also billiards and table tennis. On the ground floor of the lower house, there is a large living room ' perfect for unwinding, while bedrooms are located upstairs. On the ground floor of the upper house there is fully equipped kitchen with a dining space, where twelve people can eat and socialize. On the upper floor there are bedrooms and a gallery with a working corner. On request, the house owner can organize car or boat rental, so guests can explore the region of Dubrovnik or visit the islands. The house is excellent for holiday of more families with children as six bedrooms have private bathrooms. Brsecine is an original Dalmatian place, not far from Dubrovnik, which offers plenty of cultural attractions and entertainment facilities. Beautiful pebble beach is located only 5 minutes of drive away.
