In the green and quiet of the Umbrian hills on the border with the Region Lazio, the hospitality is offered in an old stone farmhouse of the end of the nineteenth century, completely renovated in full compliance with those that are the typical characteristics of the houses of the Umbrian countryside, with travertine marble, wooden beams, terracotta floors, functional accessories and antique furniture.
In the house ( 9 rooms for 240 sqm. / 2583 sq.ft. in total) there are on the ground floor: spacious entrance hall; huge 70 mq. / 753 sq.ft. living room with fireplace and dining area (with direct exit to a 55 mq. / 592 sq.ft. porch) plus a double sofa bed; large bedroom with queen bed + single bed; roomy fully equipped eat-in kitchen + utility room; dressing room + bathroom with shower; on the first floor: two large bedrooms each one with king bed + single bed + direct exit to a 35 mq. / 376 sq.ft. panoramic terrace; sitting room with a double sofa bed and an ancient fireplace, bathroom with shower.
The property includes (in addition to the above mentioned porch and terrace) a covered loggia and 5,000 mq. / 1,5 ac. of well-kept garden, lawns, olive-grove, orchard and parking area (for 6 cars) .

Particularly favorable the location is for many cultural visits to the nearby historic towns and natural beauties as Calvi, Otricoli, Narni , Amelia , Orvieto, Viterbo, the Park of Bomarzo, the Marmore Fall, the Abbey of Farfa, the excavations of the roman town of Carsulae, Todi , Spoleto , Perugia and Assisi, etc.
