Taxes of Local tax 1 EUR Per adult / day may be collected during the booking process. If this is not supported, they must be paid to the host upon arrival.
Bedroom with big double bed, wardrob, Tv and Free high speed Wi-fi Internet conection.
With extra payment + 26 euro per night we can offer our guests also to use:
Living room with sofa-bed, Tv, table with chairs.
Business place with work desk, chair, desk lamp.
Kitchen.
Parking place / 8 euro for 24 hours /.
Private bathroom with shower and toilet, towels.
Terrace with chairs for smoking people, Flovers, High floor.
Do not allow guests who are alcoholics or have come to Sofia for alcohol tourism.
The guests must infom as about him check-in tieme in our rooms.
Also we can come and pick-up the guests from Sofia Airport and make one-way transfer to our rooms. It is cost 20 euro per car.
