We have 4 apartments in our wonderful villa, with a wonderful view of the sea and 50 meters from the beach of Guidaloca.
The apartment has a comfortable veranda with a wooden roof and spectacular sea views. It has a full kitchen and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a service bathroom with sink and toilet for the upper floor. The house is on two levels, a ground floor and an attic accessible by a spiral staircase. The attic has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one quadruple. Outside you will find two sinks and hot water showers.

The external space of this marvelous villa is composed of a splendid well-kept garden including outdoor showers with a marvelous view of the sea 50 meters from the beach of Guidaloca, accessible by a staircase.
Near the villa you will also find a convenient parking fee.
Guests will have access to all common areas (garden) plus all the internal areas of the apartment, dedicated exclusively to them.
