The house area is 170m2 with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room, toilet, laundry room, 2 terraces and 2 front gardens. The house can accommodate 6 people. All areas of house have a direct sea view. All rooms are with luxurious and designed furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped including all utensils. In the yard is a swimming pool measuring 3x12.5m, with sunbathing area, sun loungers and parasols. The pool house also offers 5 different outdoor seating and enjoyment areas. In front of the house it is possible to dock by boat, and there is a berth for a boat. Parking for 2 vehicles is provided, which is under video surveillance. Wifi is provided in all interiors and throughout the yard. One pet (dog or cat) weighing up to 10 kg is allowed.
