2 independent rooms and 2 independent bathrooms, make this appartment ideal for families or 2 couples.
Having a Sofa Bed in the living area, we reach up to 6 persons capacity.
The appartment has a complete kitchen with 4 burners kitchen, fridge, oven, diswasher, washing machine, full cutlery, mugs, tea service and coffee service, glasses and wine cups, and Provencal Crockery.
Interaction with Guests:
I will be available to suggest you restaurants, interesting places, directions and activities to enjoy Como, the lake and the fantastic surroundings, so you and your family or friends have a great time.

The Neighborhood:
The appartment is in the center of the walled city, where everything happens. However the appartment is located in a private and safe neighborhood, making it very quiet and relaxing.
Cars are banned from the walled city so I can suggest you places where you can safely park your car
Getting Around:
Walking is the best option since in the walled city cars are banned. However there are specialized shops that offer bikes and e-bikes for rent. Como allows you to rent also public bikes.
The Ferry port is at walking distance, so you can visit the lake and surroundings (Bellaggio, Menaggio, Cernobbio), and Train stations are located at 10-15 minutes walking distance too.
Other Things to Note:
Neighborhood is very strict with quietness and mutual respect of privacy to permanent residents, and that will make your stay relaxing and delightful.
