This beautiful Country Holiday House is set in its own ground amounting to approximately 8 acres.
Spring House is located to the east of the City of Bath in the secluded hamlet of Washwell, on the edge of the village of Box.
This house has been recently updated and is now beautifully presented throughout.
The accommodation comprises:
Walk through the double glazed outside door into the conservatory, this is a sunny room overlooking the pool and gardens.
This then leads onto the dining area with an expanding dining room table and 16 chairs.

Kitchen/breakfast room. Equipped with a large range cooker, two large fridges, two freezers, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and worktop space. Also there is a large kitchen table seating approx 10 people. To seat everyone together you can either use the large garden table on the terrace outside or use the adjacent more formal dining room.

Next to the kitchen you will find a Utility room, equipped with a washing machine, this is an ideal place to keep wellies and pushchairs.
The sitting room is next to the conservatory. This is a large spectacular room with lots of comfortable seating, a log burner and a large Tv with Sky. There are large floor to celing windows looking onto the garden.

Spring House has 6 large bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms and a recently updated shower-room.

The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
Master bedroom with four poster bed Z bed (Sleeping 3)
Oriental room with twin beds. (Sleeping 2)
Forest Room two single beds and a Z bed. (Sleeping 3)
Seaside Room, as above. (Sleeping 4)
Rose room with three single beds (Sleeping 3)
Spring room on the ground floor with twin beds. (Sleeping 2)
The guest beds in the forest room and seaside room are light weight and can be moved into the master bedroom creating a family room if it suits you to do so.
The site is ancient with footpaths in all directions and a natural spring. Our will find private woodlands & paddocks with natural spring fed pools and streams. There is ample parking and outstanding views at Spring House.

The heated outdoor swimming pool has sun loungers and in the summer there is also a Weber charcoal Bbq. Please note the swimming pool is closed for the winter at the end of September and reopened in May, weather permitting. Central heating is included from October until the beginning of March. Out of this time heating can be put on by arrangement at a cost.

The prices quoted are based upon a Friday night stay for a weekend Booking.
Bookings for Saturday and Sunday night only are charged at the same rate as Friday and Saturday night only.
Midweek breaks are for a fixed period of Monday to Friday. There is no discount for shorter stays.
