Villa is a spacious fully air conditioned house located just 150 meters away from the beach. House is in a quiet residential area, only 5 minutes drive away from Ayia Napa. The villa is tastefully decorated to provide comfortable living accommodation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine, etc. All cooking utensils provided. The lounge comprises settees for 6, Tv with satellite channels and free Wi-fi and beautiful fireplace. Guests toilet is on the ground floor.

Master bedroom is with double bed, the second bedroom also has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds. The Master bedroom has its own en suite shower rooms , fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with lamps. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom with corner bath-Jacuzzi.
The villa has a private swimming pool with sun beds. Garden table and chairs are on the terrace , provided for al-fresco dining.
A Bus stop is just 2 mins walk, and a sandy beach, mini market and restaurant are all within 5mins walk.
Ayia Thekla is a small quiet and exclusive residential area yet close to Agia Napa town (5 minutes by car) . Agia napa has wide choice of night life, together with a number of sea activities including snorkeling, cycling, jogging, fishing, water skiing, wind surfing, pedalos, sailing and boat trips.
The usage of electricity is payable extra according to meter reading at Eur 0.27 per kwh.
